123 AV

Updated. Excellent service, but make sure you know what you are getting

I purchasing TV (LG 42LM620T 42 Inch Full HD Freeview HD Cinema 3D Smart LED TV) and looking online, 123av had the cheapest prices. Accordingly I purchased from there, but was surprised to receive goods that were clearly used, with no manufacturer warranty and no original user manual (instead a cheap non-standard CD with a hand-written label had been included, with a PDF version of the manual on it). I don't think that 123av make it sufficiently clear that the reason for their low prices is that you are getting goods that have been returned previously (I don't know that this applies to all their goods, but it certainly applied to the TV I purchased).

However, on contacting 123av I have nothing but praise for the way they have handled my case. They were fully understanding and instantly arranged for the goods to be collected and returned. For service I can only award 5 stars.

In summary, if you don't mind goods that are not "unopened and new" and bottom line price is your main concern then 123av will provide excellent service. Personally, I prefer to get new goods, but your mileage may differ!
