Reading reviews already posted seems like a common theme is starting to develop about the customer support, or rather lack there of. I have been waiting for my order for over 3 weeks now and still waiting. When I first called up myprotein after the first week, I waited for over 30mins and then whoever picked up the phone hung up straight away before I could even say a word. I proceeded to call back again to wait another hour before I eventually got to talk to someone. I was told they had no idea where my order is and there was no way I could find out. They offered no help at all. I asked to speak to a manager and was promised that I would get a call back, but no one did. I eventually emailed their support and received and email, which eluded to the fact that my order hasn't even been sent. I was told that my order would be treated with priority and yet I am still waiting. It's a shame that a good product is let down by poor customer service. I have been a long time customer, but after this experience I will have to find a new supplier.
