It got there in the end

This may be more to do with city link than interparcel. Booking was made to collect a parcel for next day delivery. Got confirmation that collection was on the day booked. No one collected. When I contacted interparcel that evening I was told it was just missed and they could rebook it for Monday collection. I couldn't guarantee I'd be in all day Monday so arranged for Tuesday collection. Monday arrives and so does city link just as I'm going out. Parcel taken away. On Tuesday again City Link turn up to collect the parcel and one grumpy delivery driver because its already been collected!!!!!!
However, client happy to receive parcel intact.
