I was majorly disappointed as the products arrived in a package that even a five year old would have had the sense not to put them in. Due to this fact two of the items were damaged and one was completely broken. Please bear in mind that the items were travelling from the UK to Holland so it is even more imperative that they be packaged adequately. Customer services did not offer me anything by the way of compensation other than a 10% off voucher if I spent even more money with them. I was also told that I would have to send the broken item back at my own cost. They did offer to refund this. I was also told that I could not have a replacement item but would get a refund instead, which would take at least twenty-one days after the item has been verified as damaged. Add to that fact that it had to be sent back from Holland to the UK and you're talking five to six weeks. This item was a birthday present or part of it and it totally ruined my surprise. To cap it all I paid in euros, which is more when converted from pounds. When they refunded me they used a massively out of sync rate exchange and gave me 2 euros less than I had paid. I also told them to forget the postage as by now I was fed up of the whole deal and the time already wasted with the process. So to cap it all it was a really bad experience when all I did wrong was spend over thirty pounds with BooHoo.com. Thank the heavens I didn't spend more. Shoddy products, bad delivery, bad returns service and inadequate compensation. I only give them two stars because you cannot give none and there was no real nastiness from the sales staff.
