Ok delivery wise it's minus stars - I PAID for express delivery. When I had an emergency calling me out I used the 'deliver to a neighbour option' and that neighbour was In continuously yet the delivery was missed, there was at the time someone at my house too yet no knock was ever heard. When I called the helpline they said they would re-deliver Monday which is not so helpful as I needed it for Saturday hence paying for express delivery. I asked of I could get it and was told after 7pm. I turn up at 8ish and get told they are closed.
Now the saving grace here the lovely man and woman at the deport who let me in and went to find my parcel - its only down to them that I've changed my belief that DPD is run by the devil with the soul view of taking your money. So if anyone from DPD reads this go give your deport team a little pat on the back (ideally a cash bonus because let's face it you must have enough money as you get paid for a service you don't deliver).
Just reading other people's experience that are similar to my own and it occurs to me that maybe the problem is you are employing some shy ninja's or such like - too stealthy for their own good. It goes to show a company is only as good as its employees - good drivers equal good reviews and undercover ninja drive by drivers who mess with your day equal bad reviews.

Thanks for reporting your experience of DPD. I'm disappointed that you had such a mixed experience, because I know we are capable of so much better.
I'm glad that our people at the depot were able to improve your perception of us after the initial issues you had.
I can assure you that we have a hugely high proportion of successful deliveries, and that the negative reviews are only a small minority, and not truly reflective of our overall service.
Nonetheless, I appreciate that you had issues on this occasion, and I apologise for any inconvenience that was caused.
Kind regards,
Bobby.
