Parcel tracker tells me 'customer has moved address' news to me !!!

Yodel must be the worst parcel deliver service in the country. Waited in all day nothing came. Checked on their tracking system to discover that the parcel had not been delivered as the customer (me) had moved address. The parcel had been returned to sender. How can they say I had moved address when no one had even been to my house. This company apparently used to be DHL they were just as bad then.
