Ordered many products from very, as well priced plus get , my nectar points on top , ever item has been great no complaints at all but, let down by a very bad delivery network. Having worked for Royal Mail for 25 years , I do understand the problems but, here's a problem, for example our road is not odd numbers and evens other side , so nearly all there drivers go to number 13, rather than us 12, as they see number 14!.
Silly mistake. Anther time no answer at number 13 so left items with number 11, and left card in 13 saying items at number 11!!!!!. Lucky we know each other or god knows what would of happened. Best delivery was ipad sent via..... Yes Royal Mail sorry yodel , better training needed, cheapest option for delivery for very group but if no good money wasted.
