Hi Jay, sorry to hear you had a problem with your order. We only sell new product direct from the manufacturer or a major distributor so I am not sure what happened there. I don't see any notes on the order, so not sure if you reported it. If you did I am confident we would have collected any problematic product and given you a refund or replacement.
