I recently ordered a Nespresso machine from Hurst's and was really impressed with the service that I received.
As I had never heard of Hurst's before I was initially a little unsure of whether to order from them, but having read the other reviews I decided to go ahead. I have to say that I am really glad I did.
Ordering was straight forward with progress updates emailed to you which is really helpful and reassuring. Delivery on the item was free (as it was over £49.99) and again updates on progress through the delivery chain were given - they even sent through an estimated time of delivery (which was met by the way!), again really helpful. Why can't all online retailers offer this level of service?
I would recommend Hurst and will deinitely consider them when I next look for small electricals.
