I placed an order with Amazon, who in turn sent me details of how to track my order. So on the day that my order was due to be delivered I began with the tracking process, which seemed to be going ok, until it said that my item had been returned to seller......but why? I rang Amazon who told me that it was due to HDNL/Yodel not being able to access my property......again why? My property is just a normal house on a normal street!!! Amazon advised that they will deliver the next day, I told them that I will not be at home so they took my mother's address. My mother waited in all day & guess what??? You've guessed it, it didn't arrive. Again I rang Amazon who apologised, yet again, and said it would be delivered the next day (today). So went to track my item this morning & it says its been delivered, my mother hasn't received it and it hasn't arrived at my address either, so where it is?? I rang Amazon again & they are now investigating!!! I also gave the advisor at Amazon the details of this site & told them to review which delivery service they use in the future.
