Excellent service, recommended! more like 4 and a half stars!

The reason I don't give 5 stars is for one or two minor things. Firstly, I read up on the forums that it is possible to send in your own hard drive to be fitted into the laptop. Now as I had my own large SSD I wanted this fitting into the 11.6" inferno I was going to order. On phoning up pcspecialist to confirm they would be willing to do this I was assured it was not possible. Unsure if this was a mistake I had seen on the forums or not I sent an email to pcspecialist, inquiring if It was indeed possible, or a mistake. The reply I received was a short one, that merely stated it was possible, and to phone up pcspecialist to arrange. By this point having already contacted pcspecialist on the telephone I didn't see that it would do much good and I was so eager to order I decided to order with a smaller SSD, which cost me more money that I was initially going to spent but there you go. The service was prompt and I was informed in detail when my order reached the different stages of the building process. I received the laptop after about 9 working days and overall was impressed with the build quality, though the packaging inside the box seemed a little thrown together. My only other problem was the computers all seem to undergo a 'quality control' stage. The bottom casing was slightly loose, all this required was for me to push it into place, but nonetheless I would have thought quality control would have made sure the laptop was cosmetically sound before shipping.

Overall, an excellent service, and an excellent laptop. I would recommend pcspecialist to a friend.
