I ordered a racket that was "in stock"; 2 days later I received an email saying that no, it wasn't actually in stock, would I like one with the wrong grip size? No I wouldn't! There was apparent indifference to me as a customer; the email told me it would be several days before they would return my money. I found an alternative supplier who was 30% cheaper, and faster. As this is the second time Tennisnuts have taken an order for an in-stock item then later told me they didn't have it in stock, I shall not be in a hurry to use them again.
