Thank you for your feedback. I have double checked your order and you are correct, it was ordered on the 12th November and not dispatched until the 19th November, so this would have been a week and a half delivery time.

All of our net curtains are hand made to the customers' exact height , which is very labour intensive, rather than simply just cutting a standard length from a roll of fabric. The lead times in the workshop vary on how many orders we receive each week. We have now updated the website on every product page so that it says delivery time is 4 - 7 working days and are 100% confident that we can deliver within this time span.

We are soon going to add a next day delivery option, so customers can receive their curtains quicker if they would like.

All our fabric is in stock and if a customer rings up after placing their order, we can make special arrangements to deliver on a certain day they require.

I am sorry you were not happy with our service, if you do decide to place another order with our company please give us a quick call after you have placed your order, if this is before 11am, we will post the order out next day delivery so you will receive it the next day.
