First order- disappointed. Order arrived late and one of the items was damaged.

This was my first purchase with very and I am somewhat disappointed. I ordered a dress, some tights and a bag and paid extra for delivery between 7am and 12pm. The order arrived at 12:40 and when asked the driver said he was unaware it should have been delivered before 12. The dress is beautiful and I am very happy with it but the bag is damaged- some of the diamonte stones on it are missing. Not sure if I will use very again as I am disappointed with the service received.
