Why is my parcel not here on time

So i orded a new computer from ccl on Thursday and they said that dpd would deliver it on saturday and on their website it says deliveries on Saturdays are to be made before 10 am or before noon.Its now 2pm and there is still no parcel here which tbh i find appalling!
