When I found this website on the net, it was by chance. I went through the instructions on screen on the basis that I thought I would see how easy it was to create the items I wanted and then decide whether they were worth the charging price. It turned out that the process was so simple even I could use it and the price was excellent.
To make it even better, I received my invitations within a matter of days.
My only gripe would be that I quite foolishly forgot to change one of the standard wordings on the invitation and I only realised this after my order was placed and paid for. I found out literally within seconds of pressing confirm so I immediately searched on the site for a contact number but there was none. Then when I checked I discovered there was no recourse if you have made an error on your initial order, so I ended up paying twice for the same product because of one tiny error.
The order was placed at a weekend and therefore I doubt the invitations were printed off immediately.
To say that there is no cancellation period or opportunity to make changes or amend errors is poor and really takes away the consumers given rights. So, whilst this was predominantly my error, I have to say this was the only aspect I wasn't happy with.
I would definitely recommend Optimalprint to anyone but I would say check your order extremely carefully because if you mess up, it's you who will carry the cost and you can't do anything about it.
