Although I was disappointed to find after I'd booked it, that the collection point was at the short stay car park rather than at the drop-off area outside the terminal, because it was raining heavily, they did in fact collect the car at the drop-off zone so we didn't get soaked. They also answered the phone very quickly - unlike another company that I used recently. Gentlemen that collected/dropped off the car were very friendly and helpful too.
