When I ordered my product I had to delivery options to choose from - between 7am and 7pm the next day for £3.95 or between 7am and 12 noon for £4.95. I choose the next day all day option as I knew I would be in. No parcel by 4 pm so I tracked it through their website only to find it had unable to deliver, no access to property please contact us! Not happy. I rang very who said that I now had to contact the courier to find out what happened and to arrange re delivery, I told the lady I was speaking to that I had ordered my product from very and therefore it was upto them to sort it out for me. She was very reluctant to do this saying that it would take longer for my item to be delivered if she did this but could email them if I wanted. I then asked for a refund of my delivery and I had not received my item next day and so began the big argument that I had not chosen next day delivery just standard delivery, even though there were only two options to choose from and my confirmation emailed stated that delivery was to be next day at the latest! She was adamant that even by choosing this next day option, very did not mean it would be next day but was in fact only standard delivery. So I now have to wait god knows how long for my parcel, I had an argument with the customer services woman who basically just thought I was lying. Needless to say when I do receive my parcel I shall pay for it and immediately close my account as there is no was that I would ever buy anything from this incompetent company with the bad customer service again.
