I ordered 7 jackets totalling £3,500 on 16 Nov 12, the website claimed that my order would be ready for dispatch in 3-5 working days. It is now the 24 Nov 12 and I have not heard from Ellis Bringham except for an email asking me to rate my shopping experience. Well since it has been 5 working days and I still have not heard from Ellis Brigham reference my order, my shopping experience has been poor, if you state ready for dispatch in 3-5 days it is important that you honour this statement or contact the customer, to explain why your order has not been fulfilled as per the terms stated.
