When thing goes wrong, NO EMPATHY FOR CUSTOMER whatsoever!

Spent almost $2000 for Sony A77 Camera Kit. Then, had to spent another $100 shipping defective product back to Digitalrev. Unit had problem upon receipt. Seller stated on website to cover return shipping, but required customer to prepaid shipping in advance with "a budget". Once "a budget" was negotiated, the customer still requires to make all the arrangements and takes the risks for the shipment.

Paypal Dispute opened, because of Seller's lack of anxiousness in helping customer deal with product problems.

Once the defective products were received by Digitalrev, it takes days to acknowledge problems with the product and would not ship a replacement until customer would close Paypal Dispute. Digitalrev would deal with disagreement only by exchanging 1 email a day! It does not participate in Paypal Dispute resolution in any earnest way!

Not very responsive when dealing with customer issues! Communicating with customer service is like talking to a wall.

Matter remains unresolved. It appears my only option is to escalate to a Paypal Claim. If I can do over, I would not deal with DigitalRev again!
