Quality product and service - sensible price

For years I just ordered my lenses through my optician but after a period of dissatisfaction I decided to order on-line. The ordering process is very easy and the lenses I get are exceptionally comfortable (the site reviews helped me to decide on the brand) and much cheaper than I was previously paying. I was a bit disgruntled with my first order as it was never delivered but the customer service was great and a replacement followed quickly. Subsequent orders have been delivered very speedily so I suspect the problem with my first order was due to the postal service rather than Lenstore.
