Receiving a text message offering me the opportunity to change delivery date was brilliant!

I was very impressed that I was offered by text message an option to amend the date of delivery or direct the delivery to a neighbour to collect the required confirmation of delivery signature. Subsequently I received confirmation by email and text of a one-hour time slot during which my package would be delivered and I'm very pleased to record here that it was delivered just one minute after that one-hour slot commenced. All in all, impressive customer communication and a very personable, presentable delivery driver too. Top notch service I reckon!
