Unrivalled service and great products!

I decided to upgrade my wife's Macbook from 2 x 1Gb to 2 x 2 Gb.

When I installed the new memory (which arrived overnight), one of the memory cards did not seem to click in properly. I called Mr Memory who handled the issue impeccably. "Just return using the Freepost envelope and we'll replace".

Which I did.

The replacement arrived two days ago and I installed it all successfully this afternoon. Fantastic!

The Macbook now runs faster as planned. Mr Memory is a great service. I am now planning to upgrade the measly 1 Gb in my Samsung Netbook.
