I have now upgraded the Ram on three computers. Ordering on line is easy as the user friendly web pages make it simple to identify your computer and the memory modules available. If you are not sure there is a quickly answered telephone service -no pressing of buttons for those moronic options - which will put your mind at ease. The next day delivery is superb which makes the whole experience so enjoyable. I would also add that the memory upgrades work really well and speed things up very noticeably.
