All round fantastic!

What a gem of a find this company is. In despair and desperation I was searching for a new bathroom suite to be delivered almost immediately when I came across this site. Easy to navigate, vast amount of in stock items, incredibly low prices and, best of all, next day delivery at a very reasonable cost.

When I became concerned about the delivery and called the company they were very helpful and told me my items would arrive by 5.30 that day. Despite my scepticism, the items did indeed arrive at 4 and were delivered by a very friendly, kind and happy delivery man.

Items unpacked by my builders, they called me and, full of trepidation, I climbed the stairs to be greeted by beaming, incredulous faces. They asked me to confirm how much everything had cost and shook their heads in disbelief when I told them. My builder asked for the website address as he wants to use them himself in future because of the service and quality.

One particular item I had purchased and returned to another, very well known, site had cost me £204. From Taps it cost me £39 which practically nothing to choose between them. Amazing.

I am really happy that I found this site and it would definitely be my first port of call should I require any further products. Good service, excellent stock levels and unbelievably low prices. Couldn't ask for more.

Best Customer Service EVER!

I ordered a convector heater from this company. Order acknowledged and dispatched immediately. I was impressed to receive a text giving me a delivery slot of 1 hour together with a named driver. Unfortunately, the product was faulty but as I had thrown out the packaging I assumed I wouldn't be able to change it and marked it up as my own stupid fault.

A couple of days after deliver I received an email from Tooled-Up asking if I had received the product and if I was happy with it. I explained the situation, stating that I was happy with the company but not the product. Later that same day I received another email asking if I would like a refund or replacement. Because I was so thrilled with the level of customer service I decided to go for a replacement which arrived 2 days later, again preceded by an email and text. Fortunately, this time, the same product does not have the same fault and is perfect.

The service provided by this company is second to none, I have never been more impressed and I am notoriously hard to please. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Tooled-Up to anyone and defy them to find any better service anywhere on the net.
