Ordered a pair of boots for a birthday pressie on 16.11 a pair of pierced ear rings were delivered today!! I do NOT have pierced ears! Just spent 20 minutes on the phone to an 0844 number to be told to go to a shop to get a full refund!! No customer service whatsoever, no mention of re-ordering or free delivery or apology!
