I would advise any potential customer NOT to use this company to order anything. My wife ordered two small products at the beginning of this month. The website specified up to '7 working days' for free delivery. Given that the items are a) small, b) we are in the UK one would expect the goods to be delivered in good time. After 20 days the goods have STILL not arrived. So we have cancelled the order and asked for the money back...
Ask yourself, how hard is it to fulfil a small order? Not very! I would argue that a company with £2million of assets should not be as inefficient as this one and that their view of customer service so poor! That's why any other potential customers should avoid using Beautybay.com!
We have been buying products and services from the web since 1999 and have had poor experiences from elsewhere but at least we have had DECENT communication and apology when companies have not met ours (or their expectations) but this company has sent us TWO standard letters to emails to our requests for information, harping on about postal services!!! RUBBISH! This is totally unacceptable hence this the FIRST TIME in TWELVE YEARS we have been prompted to write a scathing review of a clearly shambolic and clearly poorly run e-commerce business!
