I had to send flowers for a birthday and left it until the day. I know typical bloke. Anyway the shopping experience was fine and the website very easy to navigate so we were off to a good start. My first little disapointment was at the point of paying. Once I had entered my card detials and confirmed the screen sat with the egg timer for a good ten minutes before I decided not to wait any longer and closed it. So at that point was a little unsure if the order had actually gone through. Decided better to be safe than sorry and called the number for customer services on the site. After being on hold for twelve minutes gave up with that and had a look at my e-mails. Little bit of redemption as I had a confirmation e-mail confirming all the detaills and an invoice which said paid on it. The only downside after that was the fact that there was no further communication to say that the flowers had been delivered and I though that in this day and age with technology that would be a good customer service to offer. I obviously found out that they had finally been delivered when the recipient messaged me to thank me for the amazing flowers and sent me a picture and they did look good. So a couple of little improvements to make to the service but overall it all turned out rosie in the garden, excuse the pun.
