Planet Bake

Great value and service

I found Planet bake on a search engine and was extremely satisfied with their website, value and service and my items were packaged appropriately and delivered within a couple of days. Thank you very much.

Optical Express

Overall very good personal service. Highly recommended!

I would certainly recommend having laser eye surgery with Optical Express. At every stage the service felt brilliant and personal. The time was taken to answer my every question at my first consultation and I was able to choose a finance plan to suit me easily. My aftercare was thorough and I didn't feel like I was just being told what they wanted me to hear.

However there have been a few issues in communication. The length and severity of recovery time was played down before my surgery. I could barely open my eyes for the first 3 days, needing family to take time off work to look after my child, this was not explained to me beforehand but at my aftercare appointments I was told this was quite usual.

I was also told I could not have my aftercare appointments at a clinic near where I live as they didn't deal with laser eye patients. This meant I had to travel quite a bit further, only to find out when booking my 3 month post surgery appointment that I could have actually visited my nearest store.

Despite these issues I have felt that my eyesight was of paramount importance to Optical Express and am enjoying an enhanced life without glasses or lenses. I would definitely do it again!

Envirofone

A good experience.

My experience was easy and hassle free, however I did have to wait longer than expected for my cheque to arrive. I would still recommend Envirofone to anyone with a phone to sell.
