Customer service non-existent

It has now been three months since I redeemed my wowcher, and paid the postage and packaging, and STILL no goods. I have had numerous emails back and forth, with the odd half hearted apology and attempt to contact the retailer but refusing a refund. i still have not had a reply from the retailer and still no solar lights. Very disappointed.
