Goodprint's my standby when it comes to having business cards made, having had two great transactions before. Unfortunately I had missed the option to change the delivery address on my most recent order, resulting in the order being sent to an old address I no longer have access to. I contacted Goodprint about this, suggesting a change to the layout of their order form, but had no answer.

I can see from your account that Lisa contacted you about this on the 16th November. I'm very sorry you did not receive her email. If the order is unable to be delivered it will be sent back to us and then we will contact you to rearrange delivery to the correct address. Royal Mail can take a couple of weeks sometimes to return goods so please accept my apologies for the delay.
