November 2012 --Flowers ordered online from Canada, for delivery to a Hospital in South Wales U.K. Delivery supposed to be on a Monday between 8am & 6pm, received an e-mail regarding flower delivery--," but luck just wasn't on our side: The delivery failed as the order was refused at the address". --- Give me a break, refused access at a hospital delivering flowers. My wife was at the hospital with her mother, and confirmed no flowers received or contact attempted throughout the whole day. Recipient of flowers then moved hospitals. Serenata flowers would not retry outside of original area of original address. Anyway the charge to my Visa went smooth enough, I'm out a $100, If you want to say it with flowers, don't do it with these guys.
