Very poor, I wrote to advise of a problem and you did not reply

On the day of receipt , I wrote to advise you that I had ordered the wrong item.
You have'nt even bothered to reply.

Dear sirs,
Many thanks for your extremely qick despatch. I received the order today.
Unfortunately, it would appear that I have ordered the completely wrong
item.

Is there any way we can exchange for the correct item.

Please advise.
