Just Eat

usually a good service but appauling last night!!!!!!!!!

ordered chinese at 7pm at 8.15 no dinner had arrived! went onto live chat! the man said he would find out what is going on! 25mins later he came back and said your food will be another 30 minutes! so my chinese would take 2 and a half hours in total! i have 2 young children who had to have toast for dinner as they was falling asleep! and all that just eat could say was sorry! what an appauling service. will not use again!!

I’m sorry to hear that your order was delivered so late, If an order is going to be later than the stated time the restaurant should call you to inform you of this.
