Rude staff and website rubbish.

On the Debenhams website it took me one hour to find a contact number, when you press on help/contact us, it just brings up questions. I would never recomend this shop to anybody. When i found the number and i wanted to return a jumper, they said you have to post it or bring it into store. I said that fine so i went to the store and they said they can't take it as they don't do men's wear, so I had to go to another store which said they won't take it as it was ordered online and there is nothing wrong with it. Very rude staff, there website is misleading and I will never shop here again!!!
