Excellent service and very friendly help and advice.

Although I am active DIY person there are times with the advent of technology and new developments one needs advice and a little help to ensure the right parts are ordered. So many times companies employ people who are like robots who do not have sufficient background knowledge and therefore unable to assist beyond processing an order. I've now used the Shower Doctor on two occasions and found them to be extremely helpful and friendly. I will certainly use them again.
