two bad experiences - several other good ones

One parcel simply not collected - Was told it would be picked up the next day..but that was not good for me as I was only off that one day and had waited in all day. No real apology or compensation ...other occasion was when parcel arrived at other end and had obviously been used as a football...Contents smashed and missing ( despite good bubble wrap protection I had used ) and it had been taped up again to make it look as if that's how it was when sent...Did manage to secure a refund but recipient not happy...
Collection times can be an issue - have sometimes waited in all day only for collection to be made at nearly 7pm...
Apart from these, all good.... ?
