Chose a selection of suitable bouquets but then rang the contact number to clarify a couple of things and spoke to a very patient, helpful and friendly customer service lady.
She resolved my concerns very quickly and I then went online to order the flowers for my mother in laws birthday the next day. Both my mother in law and father in law rang at separate times to say how beautiful the flowers were and the excellent condition of them. Both were over the moon with the service - as are my husband and I.
