I had some problems with rescheduling my delivery so I contacted Parcel2go online. The customer service assistant Katie was extremely kind and patient. She helped me to contact the courier. I really appreciate her help. Now I am hoping that everything would go well with my parcels. I would come back to review parcel2go's service in general later on.
