Have been brilliant for me!

I've now ordered twice from missguided and will definitely be shopping with them again!
Firstly I bought a dress from them, selected super saver delivery and received my order in perfect condition in 3 days time (which is really good as I live on the Isle of Man). The dress was just as it was shown and described on the site and sizing was fine! Very happy and pleased with the service and goods!
The second order I made had a dress, hoodie and top and again selected super saver delivery. The order again arrived in perfect condition with all the right products in 3 days time. The dress looked just like it did on the site and is probably now one of the nicest dresses I own, so very pleased with that! Then the top again was just as described and shown and fit perfectly. The hoodie was also described right and looked just the same as on the site. Unfortunately it was not the best fit for me (down to me for ordering a larger than usual size) so I chose to return it. This was easy and simple with the freepost label provided. A couple of days after posting it I received an email from missguided saying that they received the hoodie and stated the amount they were refunding and how long it would take. Have now received the refund in the time stated so very happy.
The only bad thing I could say about missguided is that the products on the site are not always kept up to date. I went to purchase a dress for a prom event recently and it stated that it was in stock in all sizes but when I tried adding it to the basket to purchase it, it was not working. Then my browser began saying the page could not be found. I asked missguided about it on their facebook page quite late at night and received a reply saying they'd check at 6am and then a reply explaining it was currently not available and to keep checking back in stock at 9am. I was incredibly impressed with this customer service but just a note that you can't always trust the stock indicators on the site, but hoping that they get this dress back in stock.
Overall, I really love Missguided and will continue to buy from them as they have such nice products, affordable prices and good customer service (on the facebook page and twitter page at least)!
