I ordered on asos on wednesday (21.11.12), and due to my friends premium account we got next-day- delivery for free.
I received an email, that I will get my parcel on the next day, thursday between 13:03 and 14:03. nobody came, even though i was at home. NO delivery and NO calling card.
than I got an email saying : We tried to deliver your order from ASOS however there was no one available to sign for the order at the given address
I got told that dpd will deliver my parcel on the next day, friday, between 15:52 and 16:52. I got up early in the morning and even stayed together with my 2 flatmates at home, for the WHOLE day, just to make sure that I'm not going to miss the delivery. and what happened? NO delivery and NO calling card AGAIN.
This is impossible that on to two days in row, dpd was not able to deliver my parcel, even though that there were people at my place, including me.
when I talked to asos, they told me that my parcel is already on the way back to them, but they have not received it. they can't send me all my dresses, because some of them are out of stock now.
Due to dpd being unable to deliver my parcel, I'm having a massive problem and it is almost impossible to reach someone who can actually give me valuable information.
where is my parcel?
why did i never receive a calling card? wouldn't even be able to pick up my parcel at the local depot (south all) without my calling card !!!
when trying to track my parcel it says : "Your parcel has been held" in southall. any possibility to get it before it gets send back to asks???
