AWFUL !!!!

Ordered 4 item's of Furniture, different delivery day for each item, put two pieces together, both items were marked actually thought items were SECONDS !!! Phoned to say we were not happy, and was offered 10% off , refused (why would i want goods like this in my newly decorated lounge). Pick up was diabolical,said they would call before they come to collect, two days on the trot, had a card though our door to say they had been, finally told them to pick up on a certain day, will never order from them again.
