I have nothing against the service itself but I was left with the bad taste in my mouth because of the rubbish couriers. Two unsuccessful delivery attempts - could not locate the address! Ridiculous! I phoned my local depo and was told that drivers do not have mobile phones to contact customers in case of some difficulties! Rubbish, 21st century - drivers have no phones to contact customers? Because of that, my delivery was late and the gift was not given. Last time I bought anything from the seller which is using Parcelforce couriers.

Unfortunately, Parcelforce do not issue company phones to their drivers. We have discussed this with them previously, but this is their policy.
