Unacceptable! very bad experience with exceptionally poor customer service

Price guarantee appears to be useless we were advised that as a special discount for booking flight and hotel together the guarantee did not apply, WHY! ebookers gave us a discount for the same thing. On discussing the price guarantee with a supervisor who was very rude he told me that maybe I should not book with them if I did not understand how they worked. Advise I will follow when booking future holidays

Package discounts only apply to package bookings ie where you book the flight and hotel together at an inclusive price.

As you booked the elements individually you would not receive a package price but you would have still been able to take advantage of our competative pricing for your flight and hotel.
