Why have I had 17 confirmation emails, and I'm not 100% sure if I am actually covered.

This company was recommended on the Tesco website so I thought I would try it. Prices seemed competitive so I took a chance. Since I paid I've had at least 17 conformation emails, I contacted customer support and was told their IT department was looking into it, I've not heard any more. I sent another email today to customer support and have received 5 more conformation emails today alone, which is now getting very annoying. I don't even know if I am covered or not. I hope so.
The start of the process was smooth and quick, I liked that, but all these emails is just getting beyond a joke.
