Almost perfect!

I would have given it a 5 but there was one day's delay because of a problem at picking point.
Very helpful customer service and delivered at time specified in good condition.
It's a Christmas present so not been tried yet. Site easy to navigate and good information by email and text.
Would definitely use again.
