Very friendly and great service

Dv247 are a great company to deal with.
Their service has been exemplary and their knowledge of high tech gear is unmatched.
My only gripe is with their guitar dept.
I once visited their flagship guitar showroom in Barnet to try the Line 6 Variax. They had plenty in stock and on display, but none were available to demo as they had "not had their software installed"? And no one could help!
Anyway I picked them up and tried them and they were all out of tune and set up so badly they were practically unplayable. In fact, all the display guitars were terribly set-up.
