I bought a deal through LivingSocial to get two canvases from this ridiculous company without reading any of the reviews assuming that LS must select their merchants carefully. After trying to contact them in many ways as to find out where my order was, LivingSocial told me that the canvases are never going to arrive and although they are willing to refund the cost of the vouchers, they cannot do anything about the postage costs and I should contact "Fast" Canvas to get my money back from them - there is no way of getting in contact with them!!! What shall I do now - Trading Standards for both companies??
