I found placing my order with the call centre "rushed". It was a bit like a a machine gun firing questions at me but not providing any information, such as how the order is delivered etc. Trying to squeeze in my questions took some doing. I can only assume the staff are on commission. The blinds were left outside my front door, which made it easier for me not to have to collect, but anyone could've walked off with them. They were also the wrong size from what I had ordered, which took some creative thinking when putting them up. My advice if using 24/7 Blinds is to triple check what size they will be, as my friend also had blinds delivered shorter than what he ordered.
