Ordered a product over a month ago, Code would not work on the merchants website. Advised to wait 48 hrs and then another and then another and then another.
Merchant contact and Wowcher allowed 72 hours for a response. So the 72 hours pass and after reporting this back to Wowcher the response is too wait another 72 hours.
A complaint will be sent to the ASA regarding this process but in the meantime I want the product that I paid for over a month ago and compensation for my valuable time dealing with two companies issues!
